About Jeff McCann
For more than 31 years, I have helped property owners, investors, buyers, and sellers navigate real estate, land use, and development throughout King County and across Washington. My experience includes the acquisition, permitting, and development of more than 1,000 acres in King County and over 1,000 additional acres throughout the state. My background is rooted in construction and land development, beginning with my family’s construction business and continuing through decades of hands-on work in real estate and development.
I earned a degree in Building Construction from the University of Washington, a Master’s in Construction Management, and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate, and I have been a licensed real estate broker since 1996. Today, I combine my experience in real estate, construction, land use, permitting, and development to help clients evaluate properties, identify opportunities and constraints, and make informed decisions.
My work especially focuses on vacant land, redevelopment opportunities, development properties, and transactions involving complex feasibility considerations, where understanding both the real estate transaction and the development potential of the property is critical.
